parking issues...aibu?

On our street is a bay were 10 cars fit like this

My neighbour and their parents park like this

Which means it goes

Making it freaking annoying as hell to get out. Especially as behind those bays are cars parked normally along the road.
Aibu to get a small amount of rage when they park and make it difficult for everyone else?

I didn't chalk yet. Rained constantly for days. So I printed a note and done a midnight post and run....not seen them parking on the bay bit since so now I'm waiting....
