DH has just renewed his live subscription, he is hooked on some bloody war thing. I don't find an evening filled with the sound of gunshot, explosions and the whir of the bloody console at all relaxing. I don't get the attraction and it gives me the rage.

WIBU to disable the fucking thing while he's at work tomorrow? Maybe the children could hide some the controllers?

Do it. I feel your pain

FortyDoorsToNowhere · 28/10/2013 22:18

I would kill DH if he sabotaged my xbox.

Tell him to use headphones in the tv

Ratata · 28/10/2013 22:22

Why doesn't he have headphones?

You don't get the attraction because computer games aren't your hobby.

Don't sabotage his Xbox. That's a really shitty thing to do. If it bothers you then tell him. Arrange an evening together doing something you both enjoy. Meal out/cinema/cosy night in etc.

Yep, agree with others - you bought him it or at least allowed it in the house. Its his thing, he loves it as do millions of others.

Get a pair of decent headphones and limit his time on it. It shouldn't give you 'the rage' its not that bad :).

Just tell him to get some headphones, I use them on my PC.

Headphones is the way forwards....

Our house has been heavenly since me & the 2 DS's started using them!
