Sent my computer in for repair under my service agreement - picked it up from the store and when I got home I realised they had not included the battery. Rang the store, guy said he would get a manager to ring back. No one did. Rang again and they promised to post me a new battery. AFTER A week I had had nothing so rang the help line who said they would ring the store, who rang me and said they would send it .
Meanwhile I have brought a new batter off Amazon as need to use the laptop away from home. Try to put battery in and they have damaged the battery slot when it was being repaired.
It has now been taken away again to be repaired and I have still not had my original battery.
It takes forever to get through on the help line and then explain again for nothing to happen.
How do I get my battery back ?
