To think the baby in tonight's Atlantis is hilarious?

I'm guessing it's supposed to be a newborn but it has excellent neck strength. Medusa was just winding him and he looked absolutely fine, no crying or signs of discomfort. In fact, the most complacent baby I've seen given how Pythagoras, Hercules and Jason are describing him.

I'm sure the advice was different back then but surely Hercules shouldn't be co-sleeping with the baby on the sofa???!!

He is a remarkably well behaved baby. Presumably he will turn out to be Oedipus?

DSJamesHathaway · 19/10/2013 20:39

I like the moses basket from John Lewis' rustic section.

Reckon if you've survived exposure on a hillside, you'll be ok with a bit of co-sleeping.

Fakebook · 19/10/2013 20:44

I was about to start a thread about this! The baby was crying without actually crying. Amazing.

KittyShcherbatskaya · 19/10/2013 20:46

They are co-sleeping, baby wearing and not a bottle in sight. Take that, GF.

DSJamesHathaway · 19/10/2013 20:46

It is a cute baby. It's not helping my broody feelings.

Does anyone else think a semi-naked Jason holding said baby is just hawt?! Blush

KittyShcherbatskaya · 19/10/2013 20:48

Go up and see mine next time she cries DSJames, she will cure it Smile.

Mushypeasandchipstogo · 19/10/2013 20:48

I was just thinking that too Fakebook! Oh gosh there he goes again!

8 months, incredibly cute so probably not going to counteract broodiness! But teething at the moment so sleep has gone west again !

EBearhug · 19/10/2013 21:07

The baby was crying without actually crying.

Yes - they were going on about how much it was crying, and it was just burbling away in a happy baby way, hardly bawling his eyes out for screaming hours.

Hopefully · 19/10/2013 21:12

I was particularly impressed with how quickly they mastered a handful of different wrap sling ties.

DSJamesHathaway · 19/10/2013 21:13

Mine's 11 months and I've just about forgotten how crippling tired I was for the first 6 months so I figure I'm ready for another one.

The baby was so cute, and we noticed the false crying as well. The baby is actually babies, as the credits listed two names (twins). We noticed at one point the baby looking up - looking at the sound boom?

invicta · 19/10/2013 21:20

And I wonder how many baby girls will be named Jocasta now?

dementedma · 19/10/2013 22:04

Cant see the name Jocasta without recalling my idiot brother... We were having a formal afternoon tea type thing with elderly gent family friend and had been well warned to be on best behaviour by mum. Said elderly gent turned up with a bandage on his wrist...cue solicitous enquiry from my mum to which he replied " I did it screwing a castor onto the sofa" at which point my brother asked deadpan " so, who is this woman Jocasta?" Causing me to corpse and my mother to glare at us in fury while she tried to unravel the ensuing confusion. Twas very funny tho.
