My son is at nursery. He will be 2 in February. I am desperate to find a decent school for him. Any help gratefully accepted. We would consider a state school.

Where in East London are you Consils? Is this for Reception onwards or for nursery too?

Consils · 18/10/2013 22:29

Stratford. He is fine at nursery for now. Thanks for replying.

Gatehouse near Victoria Park or The Lyceum near Liverpool Street station? Or are they too far for you?

Thanks.

Forest?

I'm in Bethnal Green so just up the road. Gatehouse School was my first choice but completely full. I've put her name down for Faraday School. I'd have to drive about 2 miles to get there but it's the only school we liked.

Good luck xx

Have you looked at the local state schools? Newham has some excellent schools.

we live in east London. Avon house prep is good. also look at snaresbrook prep. forest. then Bancroft's and forest for senior.
