It just may be me, so I may be guilty of over generalisation

I have had to stop myself replying to a few threads, I am in a bad mood and I think that my posts with reflect it.

Shitty day in work, then my phone has died on me, the car is in the garage with more problem then what was expected, DS is not eating in school and only just been told DD has had yet another minor accident in school and I am just waiting for yet another thing to go wrong.

I just feel like going to my dad's wine shed ( he makes his own wine) and just sitting there with a cork screw at the ready.

oh dear, hope things improve, love the sound of your dads wine shed! and yes best keep off Threads if you are in a mood.

MsWilliamTheBloody · 17/10/2013 16:12

I'm a bit like that.

Some days I can do full on sympathy and advice, other days all I can manage are little jokes and links to funny clips.

Well it will always create a balance, some people will be in a good mood and others a bad one.

Now when does the wine shed open?

FortyDoorsToNowhere · 17/10/2013 16:14

not until my dad gets home from work, the key stays with him at all times.

thebody · 17/10/2013 16:19

now that would piss me right off. you NEED a duplicate key Grin

yeghoulsandlittledevils · 17/10/2013 16:20

You're all very wise.

Could do with a good joke/link to a comical clip right now Mrs (Wt)B!

FortyDoorsToNowhere · 17/10/2013 16:29

I do need a duplicate key, I think at last count he has over 500 bottles in there.

Apple wine, Cherry wine, carrot wine, plum wine, marrow wine and a few more flavours

MsWilliamTheBloody · 17/10/2013 16:42

Wow, really?

You can make wine out of apples? Isn't that cider??

Confused

My best mate and his husband make loads of gorgeous wines; their beetroot wine is good, their honeysuckle wine is AMAZING Smile

ZOMG WINE SHED

MurderOfBanshees · 17/10/2013 21:29

A wine shed sounds truly amazing and I'm not even a big fan of wine!

whois · 17/10/2013 21:34

Yup you're right. If I'm tired, stressed, annoyed I'm much more likely to see a post negatively and reply as such.

SPsTombRaidingWithCliff · 17/10/2013 21:35

I can hide how I'm feeling pretty easy off and online.

I try to keep here light hearted

LondonNightmareInGhostlyBoots · 17/10/2013 21:36

Side somewhat from your original point (yes btw, I often write posts, realise I am obviously in a filthy mood as I have been a class A cunt and delete) has your dad made parsnip wine? as apparently it is the shit and like really good champagne and goes naturally fizzy and I really want to try it but don't have any equipment and don't want to get some in case it is shit - if he has made some please let me know if itnis naice, if not, suggest it and report back Grin

and yes, get theeself a key. Surely it must be good for you, tis fruit, right?

Drgonzosattorney · 17/10/2013 21:43

Do it for god' s sake you fool or it'll end in tears.

neunundneunzigluftballons · 17/10/2013 23:12

In my experience all things being ok kids eat when they are hungry so do not worry about that but otherwise I hope things are brighter in the morning.

BlackeyedSusan · 17/10/2013 23:58

yep, some days I want to rampage through the boards telling all sorts of people to fuck off.

SprinkleTwinkleMagic · 18/10/2013 07:38

Yes definetly. When im in a bad mood I dont post as id be awful lol. I also think that the first few posters set the tone of the thread aswell

FortyDoorsToNowhere · 18/10/2013 07:57

I will challange him, you may have to wait a year plus as wine needs to mature.

Hmm, [wondering if anyone can tell when it's the wrong time of the month for me to post on here!]
