In a dream last night?

Horrible dream, I woke up feeling sad and insecure. I told him and he gave me a big kiss and cuddle and ruffled my hair in a 'aren't you a daftie' kind of way.

But I think he should apologise but he doesn't think he should.

Aibu?

Oh that's harsh!

I can't believe people think this is even vaguely humorous. Slow night on MN!

MissStrawberry · 14/10/2013 20:25

Only read OP so far.

YANBU.

I dreamt DH had cheated on me once and I couldn't help feeling off towards him all day. I didn't want too, I just couldn't help it. He also tried to say he wasn't responsible for what he did in my dream. I put him straight and he was very sweetGrin.

ILetHimKeep20Quid · 14/10/2013 20:36

Oh candy, why so serious?

oh bloody hell MNHQ clearly that was a joke!!!

I didn't really shag David Beckham!!! Grin

Passmethecrisps · 14/10/2013 20:43

I dreamt the other night that I was a Hispanic housekeeper spider. I had a court appearance for the baby daddy of my 200 children to pay his way.

That is quite true.

candycoatedwaterdrops · 14/10/2013 21:52

I'm not serious, that's the point. I could do with a laugh but I was disappointed. Sad Sad Sad

JadziaSnax · 14/10/2013 22:09

I've just read the OP out to DH, them mentioned that he's been really nasty to me in dreams (he's very nice in RL). The first thing he said was "Sorry love, I didn't realise" Grin

FreeWee · 14/10/2013 22:12

"I'm sorry you're a nutter" That's as close to an apology as you're going to get on this on OP Grin

FreeWee · 14/10/2013 22:13

^one

Fakebook · 14/10/2013 22:15

I had loads of those dreams in my first trimester! They're really real aren't they? I felt horrible every morning. Then I started having bloody dreams like parts of my body would start bleeding, like my hand or my foot.

Hormones must have some kind of effect on dreams.

ILetHimKeep20Quid · 14/10/2013 22:16

See, jadiz's dh gets it!

Infidelity is not funny.

The OP was funny because she is clearly barking mad like me in the respect of wanting an apology.

We need a bit of humour around the place at the moment.

So there.

Beastofburden · 14/10/2013 22:28

Can't you dream he apologised? With flowers and diamonds, knock yourself out.

JadziaSnax · 14/10/2013 22:30

I have spent 20 years training him Halloween Grin

BillyBanter · 14/10/2013 22:47

Perhaps he can apologise to you in his dream tonight.

I hope he gets some dream hot action first though.

IamNotLegend · 15/10/2013 00:28

I once elbowed dp in the face when I was dreaming I was fighting a dream ow whilst he was watching us laughing. I was very apologetic but couldn't get it out of my head that he deserved it Blush

MaBumble · 15/10/2013 00:30

My (then) DP realised he was in trouble for something I'd dreamed about. So he proposed. To get out of trouble.

Reader, I married him.

ILetHimKeep20Quid · 15/10/2013 14:02

Arf at dream fighting, done that!

QueenOfKings · 15/10/2013 15:26

this thread is hilarious, I've dreamt dh has cheated though and it is really horrible some dreams feel so real I wouldn't expect him to apologise though! its not actually real you see. I've dreamt twice this week I've had mind blowing rampant sex with Katy Perry! I do not feel the need to share this 'infidelity' with dh!

Famzilla · 15/10/2013 15:36

Hahaha.

I used to dream DP cheated on me all the time the bastard.

Now when he does something wrong he jokingly gaslights that it wasn't him but "dream John" (name has been changed to protect the cheating bastard).

I feel you OP, I feel you..
