I had no idea where to post this.
My poor Dd fell and banged her mouth. She has a fat lip, sore teeth and what appears to be bruised gums. The teeth feel slightly wobbly but not significantly so.
What do I do? She doesn't need stitches in her lip it's just a swelling.
She's never really had a big fall before and I'm just abit in shock.
She didn't bump her head or anything else. Iv put a cold compress on her mouth.
Will she lose the teeth because the gums are bruised is my main question?

phone your dentist and ask. They might want her to come in and have a little check.

Dentist. My DS fell and smacked his chin on the floor, lots of blood and very painful, dentist said that he had broken his jaw and it could effect his baby and adult teeth. He had to eat very soft foods until it had healed. Thankfully there have been no lasting effects.
