.... AIBU to want every blessed organisation I've used recently to STOP sending me follow-up questionnaires!!!! What do I think of their packaging? How would I rate their service? Enough!

I know what you mean. I got a survey from pupil placement-question after question (dozens of them!) about what I thought of the communication I had had with them. I applied for my son's school, he was accepted, there was no other communication! And nowhere does it give you the chance to even point out you have had no need to communicate with them.

Amazon are very persistent 'You haven't rated your purchases yet you naughty customer!!!!'. But they're not alone. Some want you to do an e-mail questionnaire. Holiday places want you to rate them on Trip Advisor. I had a wasp problem in the summer and the pest control company just posted me a form to fill in about that. I had wasps & now I don't have wasps... thanks but I don't want to get into correspondence about it!

I emailed 3 last week and got an email back saying I needed to ring up. Why I don't know, it was a problem with the webtext service not renewing my texts so surely an easy fix from their end Confused

Anyway, I didn't ring because quite frankly I don't care enough and don't have the time... hence the email in the first place.

The next day my phone goes mad bleeping with texts:

Hmm Even if I hadn't been annoyed at them before, I sure as hell was after that!

I had to complain to the customer services department of a company that fixed my lap-top. I got a mail asking for feedback on how it was fixed and another asking for feedback on how they dealt with my feedback...
