I can just about tolerate "lol", I've used it occasionally

But what the fuck is "loooooooooool" all about?

I have a friend who writes 'lolololololololol' it's very annoying. What happened to good, old fashioned 'haha' or 'that's so funny'?

I don't mind proper acronyms...I'm partial to the odd PMSL...

I don't like any acronyms that describe laughter levels because the only accurate one is SALTS (smiled a little then stopped).

But I have to say when I read ROFL it makes me think of Scooby Doo. Rofl seems like a sound he'd make...

LOLOL always makes me picture zombies for some reason.

I think I am going to start using SALTS to see if anyone texts back WTF or if it catches on.
