With Lloyds. I spent nearly an hour in their bank this morning trying to set up a 2nd current account with them, the idea being I could use this one for online payments (reluctant to use my main account as my card details were stolen a few weeks ago and I caught an unexplained payment on my statement) 
Anyway the manager wasn't available then to deal with my paperwork and so booked me in for an appointment at another branch at the weekend.
The other branch has just phoned and said there must be a mistake as noone is available to see me on Saturday to set up my account.
Argh!! I said I really need it sorted by this weekend so will try another bank.
What should I do?!
