Oh dear, that's pretty bad...

Feminine · 01/10/2013 19:44

Well at least it covers all sorts! Wink

Pretending to be dumb is quite an art anyway!

ThisIsMeNow · 01/10/2013 19:44

It's awful isn't it?
I just can't get over what the message is.

Hmm
shoofly · 01/10/2013 19:46

Yuck. Just why would anyone want to buy that?

justanuthermanicmumsday · 01/10/2013 19:48

I saw one yesterday not as bad as yours but made me cringe.
Sign outside mobile coffee stand " if our coffee was any fresher it'd pinch you on the bum" eww I don't think I want that coffee ta!

morethanpotatoprints · 01/10/2013 19:48

Quite funny really.
If my dd saw it I'd soon educate her differently there's certainly nothing Shock about it.
Just tell them they are lucky they don't have to do this, simples.

thebody · 01/10/2013 19:51

well no I wouldn't buy it but I suppose it's supposed to be a joke. not my cup of tea though. but silly really.

itsn0tmeitsyou · 01/10/2013 19:54

Jeeesus. Is it me or was it not like this 20 years ago? Why is it so bloody normalised these days????

AngelsLieToKeepControl · 01/10/2013 19:55

I think it's quite funny.

Its more like one of those little gimmiky things you buy if it rings true for you rather than something you buy because it's sound advice.

That coffee one is weird though.

BrokenSunglasses · 01/10/2013 19:56

I think it's more offensive to men than it is to women.

SugarHut · 01/10/2013 19:56

I think it's quite funny too. Someone sent me a cartoon poster once of a little girl struggling with a maths problem. She tried, tried, tried a different way. Then at the bottom the caption says "Fuck this shit, I'll be a stripper" I guess you have to see it to see how funny it is.

I think the notion that any child (ignoring the fact it's got swearing etc in) who potentially saw it then grew up confidently thinking an education should be poo-pooed in preference of getting her norks out, because of a novelty poster or a sign, is ridiculous Grin

Sallyingforth · 01/10/2013 19:56

I don't think it's to be taken seriously. It's just childish nonsense like all the others on that site.

Twattyzombiebollocks · 01/10/2013 20:19

I think its awful, but then I do feel slightly guilty because I do play the dumb card from time to time, and also the helpless card when need arises.
