I loved it.

The cast, the script, the acting (except Lydia) everything.

I felt my baby move for the first time in a recent episode.. the adrenaline got her kicking quite wildly!!

The downside being due to her I couldn't drink anything to relax my nerves throughout..

SayMyNameSayIt · 02/10/2013 11:10

That's exciting CrispyFB!!!
Though you do need a drink to watch it, I find! Last summer, we were just about to watch the final episode of season 3, I think, when it wouldn't play!!!! I had a brand new multi region DVD player but the least ep just would not play!!!!

It was so frustrating, our 2 DS were in bed (no mean feat) and we were all geared up! I spent hours online trying to get it, wasn't on Netflix then. Was up half the night!

Eventually gave up and ordered another copy, by this time it was available in the UK. Was worth the wait though, to see Gus getting his comeuppance!

CrispyFB · 02/10/2013 11:27

Argh, that would have been so annoying!! We've had issues before with the files being corrupted or the device we play them on playing up, or we've lost the remote control.. or worse.. DD2 comes downstairs having had a "scary dream" (could hardly carry on watching then!!)

There is nothing more frustrating that having everything ready and then disaster!

I did at least get to have a few drinks when watching everything except that last half season. But, that last half season was the most drink-requiring by far! Lucky DH Envy

I think I may be wrong now, looking at a few other posts of yours! Grin

YAsoNBU-fantastic series. Almost as good as The Wire (but not quite!)

walterwhiteswife · 11/11/2013 21:14

Moxiegirl · 13/11/2013 23:06

Best series ever yo

dontquotem3 · 13/11/2013 23:22

YANBU. I'm bereft, but so glad I didn't watch when it first came out. I could not have waited for new episodes each week.

SamHamwidge · 14/11/2013 02:57

Just finished Season 1. Hooked already :)

flyingspaghettimonster · 14/11/2013 03:16

We expected to love it, but after three episodes we gave up. It was just crap.

BadgerBumBag · 14/11/2013 04:28

Where can I find it? Smile

Crowler · 14/11/2013 06:15

YANBU. I was a special kind of sad when it was over.

The final episode was PERFECT.

saulaboutme · 14/11/2013 10:13

Omg am watching this on Netflix at the moment! Love it! We're on season 4, sorry can't read this thread incase the end is spoiled.

HettiePetal · 14/11/2013 10:22

Netflixers feeling bereft now that BB is over - try Orange Is The New Black. I thought it looked like shit so didn't watch it for ages, then devoured it over a weekend. Now impatiently waiting for S2.

I miss BB so much it hurts. Me and DS are planning a re-run in the New Year.

MitMopse · 14/11/2013 11:22

YANBU. Loved it. Amazing acting. Need to catch up though as haven't seen past season 3!

KnittedJimmyChoos · 15/11/2013 18:50

I still keanly feel its loss Sad.

I have the Baby Blue song and play it in my car.

I wish I could go back and really concentrate on each episode again.

uhOhOhDear · 15/11/2013 18:52

Is it as good as the first series of 24 and first series of Prison Break? And is it more violent? Trying to decide whether to buy the box set.

HettiePetal · 15/11/2013 18:53

Have you all seen this?

Tell no one - but it made me cry a bit.

(Not for anyone who hasn't seen right to the end)

HettiePetal · 15/11/2013 18:54

Considerably better, uh.

Cheaper to make out a Netflix account - £5.99 a month, plus the first month free.

HettiePetal · 15/11/2013 18:56

take out

neunundneunzigluftballons · 15/11/2013 18:56

I watched all 5 seasons of breaking bad after reading this thread tbh it is like a bad version of Love/Hate. I was not that impressed.

KnittedJimmyChoos · 15/11/2013 19:19

Uh far far far far far better, no competition much richer in every every sense.

KnittedJimmyChoos · 15/11/2013 19:25
