To complain about this online order?

I ordered my daughter a dolls house today from an on-line shop (well known). I thought it sounded like a brilliant deal - £70 and included in the description
" Features:
There are 4 themes of furniture supplied with this dolls house - bedroom furniture, living room furniture, bathroom furniture and dining room furniture. These can be arranged into multiple configurations so your child can have a new dollhouse each time they play with it."

Now, was I wrong to read this as that it comes with the furniture? It says 'supplied with this dolls house' in the above, which surely can only mean one thing?

I received it today and no furniture and looking on line I see they are charging £24 extra for the furniture and dolls for the house as a separate item.

I have put in a complaint as I feel the language is very misleading and have asked for what is stated as included, as far as I can see, on the original description. AIBU?

I'm getting fed up with their crap service/crap products anyway. So OP I'll boycott them and add a comment on twitter. If they resolve this for you adequately I might get 'bits' again but not full shops.

The Asda is on the way to school, but there are 2 other main competitors within walking distance.

They deserve to be shamed, although they're probably used to it.

Do you know, I've just today sent them an email about their sexism in character clothing for babies, an awesome batman onesie and a dinow one only in the boys section. Seems asda are failing all over recently and I tend to shop online with direct/George a lot. They used to be much better.

B) stop with gender sterotyping This wooden Doll House is the dream toy for any little girl! So what a boy can't play with it.

and OP tesco does a wooden dolls house for £45 and it comes with all the furniture.

My clumsy DD has had hers for a year now, and its been well played with and survived the tornado that is my son.
