my dh is 27 and looks the same today as when I met him at 16

but in the unflattering sence as he looks 35 lol

coca butter is so, err, buttery though. it's like slathering yourself in lard. I use it on my feet but that's about it.

Hahaaa, fair enough. I find it too heavy for my skin as well, but DH swears by it as does my friend. It's great for everywhere else but if I stick it on my face and it's hot I feel all slippery.

Nancy I agree with you, was regularly refused alcohol in pubs and supermarkets when in my twenties and id'd at 31 on a few occassions in Tesco etc. Told I looked 10 years younger till I turned 40, since then I think Ive aged a lot and could possibly pass for a few years younger but not like I used to.

Some pale people age pretty well, look at Julianne Moore! I'm 36, very pale and get ID'd in the supermarket all the time. Because I burn so easily I've had to avoid the sun a lot and as a result am less lined than someone with medium toned skin who has done a fair amount of sunbathing.

nancy66 my mum is a very very pale red-headed English rose who's just turned 73 and could pass for 50 something! It isn't just me that thinks so, people constantly comment. She never ever goes in the sun/drinks gallons and gallons of water, lives on carrots and has done yoga for forty years. I've sadly not inherited her 'habits'
