Bloody dirty neighbours. They keep leaving their rubbish in fron of our flat, instead of theirs, smoking and leaving the cigarette ends on the floor (they smoke in front of our flat).

They also have random old pieces of furniture (I think they use freecycle) in the communal space. Drink and leave their cans on the floor. And the day they had the 'courtesy' to clean they put it in front of my flat.

I really want to go and tell them to fuck off and clean their fucking shit. But I will probably regret it ( DH is trying to calm me down).

Please help, is there anything the council can do? We rent privately.

I think you should clean it all up. Then pile it all up right in front of their front door so they can't get out.

Might not be great for neighbourly relations, but it might make you feel a bit better.

There I'll be a management company. Contact your landlord, let them know about the fire hazard of crap in the communal spaces and get the management agency or freeholder involved.

whois we do not have a management agency, as the flats belong to two different people. It's not one big building. They are two duplex flats. The other neighbours are also fed up with the dirty ones. Do you think I could get the council about the fire hazard (old mattresses, random old furniture)?
