My DH bank account is a shambles.

3 payments have gone out which shouldn't.

1 from M6 tolls for £25 he used this toll once back in august.

1 from a company we haven't heard off

1 is a 2nd payment for something DH bought in August.

So all in all £100 out of his account which is he now in an unplanned over draft.

Called the bank but it closed.

Will he get the money back

If it's fraudulent or mistakes then yes, you probably will. You've done all you can for now, ring the bank in the morning and they can tell you what to do next.

Even looked on the m6 tolls and it said £5.50 for cars and nothing about it being per mile or per km so that's baffled me.

It gives you something electronic to put in your car.

With the company you haven't heard of, we had an insurance from a company who was bought by someone else and meant the name changed (as well as putting the insurance up). Could that be it? You would have got a letter about it I would say.
