To cancell my visit to mt lovely diet lady.....

........as I am now at a really comfortable weight ( target clothes size) & can now maintain by myself ? Plus its costing £30 pw, Ive been with her for 11 months ? & I have a nasty cold & feel crappity crap?
But , she is a really nice lady ?

What's your diet lady doing for you? I mean, is it nutrition advice or motivation or counselling?

I think many successful dieters find that maintaining is the most difficult part of losing weight so I'd be cautious of ditching her too soon.

If you don't want to go because you're sick that's reasonable but isn't she going to charge you anyway if you cancel at this late stage?

I have been at this level for nearly 3 months now, I think I need to let her know I am ready to try going it alone.
