So I've just submitted the application for ds' school place next year.

Except I accidently responded negatively to the customer satisfaction survey as I didn't read it properly and ended up ticking the "dissatisfied" box instead of the "satisfied" box.

It's incredibly paranoid of me to think they will be annoyed about that and use it against me isn't it?

The survey results won't go to admissions, they'll go to another department entirely so don't worry about it.

Can you go back and fill in two more satisfaction surveys? One to cancel out the wrong one and one to show your true feelings?

lol, your satisfaction survey isn't connected to the actual application. It goes to an outside agency, I nearly took a job to do a similar thing last year, so no worries.
