Quickies

AIBU to complain at my DP about his lack of ability to perform a 'quickie' occassionally?

He say's most woman would be glad of the fact he can't and would appreciate the fact their needs were always met first and therefore I am the one being unreasonable, so I thought I'd ask the Mumsnet Jury.

Can't you have a quickie and he can take the longer and more scenic solo route after?
My dh has done this on occasion, as have I for him!!!

Honestly it depends how satisfying his none quickies are Grin.

You can't have everything op! Most women pray for none quickies.

Lj8893 · 21/09/2013 20:42

Nothing wrong with a good quickie!

picnicbasketcase · 21/09/2013 20:43

Depends. Do you want a quickie because you're not really in the mood and want it over with quickly? Or is it more of a wish for more spontaneity?

3MenAndMe · 21/09/2013 20:43

Can we swap???

guiltyconscience · 21/09/2013 20:46

'with you never a quickie always a longie'

gobbledegook1 · 21/09/2013 20:55

The none quickies are very satisfying indeed Cupcake.

Picnic I am very much in the mood and it is not so much about spontaneity (though that is good too) as lack of time, for example waking up late feeling horny and knowing there isn't much time or we'll be late or a rare night out caught getting ready in my fancy undies which sets him off which in turn sets me off but know theres not enough time for anything more than a quickie which he can't perform or we'll miss a movie, table booking etc. Since we generally leave together there also isn't really the time for him to finish himself off. In these situations I expect a quickie!

In that case, YANBU at all, sounds perfectly reasonable actually Grin

I think that you need to practice more
