for wanting to make....

these even though I am on a low carb diet?

I can't stop looking at them. They are obsessing me. I can just imagine biting into them, all chewy and creamy, like a frozen banoffee pie or a giant Werthers but without the annoying Grandad.

Someone needs to talk some sense into me. I am 12lbs down and I still have two stone to go.

Help.

it's bad enough that I am just about to make a caramelised onion tart to take to a party that I can't even eat any of myself. Although I will taste a large bit just to test it obviously.

YABU for wanting to make something called a "popsicle" Grin

They look like they would definitely give you brain freeze and would be disappointingly flavourless- T'would be such an anti climax that you're better off without them (honest!)

My mouth is now watering. I'm going to have to get DD to eat the all fruit ones we have currently occupying the mold in the freezer, aren't I! I doubt she'll complain.

Those do look fab and fun. And actually aren't they quite good for a low carber - all fat (and okay okay lashings of sugar) but not much carb content except for a bit of cornstarch ?

But that's not what you need to hear. Now back away from your computer slooowly and go and make a cup of tea in the kitchen

It's the sugar! Pretty impossible to replicate that scrumptious burnt sugar taste with Splenda I would think.

Being slim feels better than eating butterscotch popsicles feels.

I hope.

Oh I make these all the time and they're absolutely disgusting, vile. I was sick for a year. And they crashed my car and killed my rabbit.

all of the above may be a lie
