Phoned this company in July! Still calling almost every day, with no progress 
My fidge freezer broke after a year and a few months, they will not replace my unreparable fridge or give me a replacement (as the only model they have is more expensive) so offered me a refund (about £100 less then I spent as they say the value has depleted) on the 6 th August, still trying to get a claim form to process the order they have said it will be with you by the end of the week several times over the month, but never sent one, had been promised it by email twice by two people and then others tell me we don't do that.
Today was told it may still take another 21 days to get the form.
But the final straw come when last night I was told by the adviser he has 'better thing to do' than listen to me on the phone!
Thank god the weather is turning as my toddlers milk will last more than a few hours, since I don't see us with a fridge for the foreseeable, that you Samsung!
