AIBU to have peeled my sprouts and started boiling them for christmas

Now is far too late.

You are far too late, I started mine on the 1st June. I no longer have any visitors, are the two related?

I'm looking forward to Christmas. I don't even have to worry about getting the tree and decorations out of the loft this year, they never made it back up there from last year. They're still stuffed under the bed in the guest bedroom.

I can't wait this year. Dd will be two and a half, I've got the elf, the tacky lights, the panto booked and half the presents bought and wrapped.

Now we just need snow and it'll be perfect! :)

I love sprouts!! The mushier the better

Shredded sprouts fried with pancetta and some cream or butter stirred through is gorgeous.

1 June!? Surely Boxing Day for a year's worth of boiling?
