At being let down by a system that's supposed to support and leaving my family and I in a predicament whereby one of us now has to stay indoors with our severely disabled son (12) who is unable to leave the house.
This has been the situation for the last 4 years which apologies is really taking its toll tonight.
The previous 8 years haven't been that much better either, too many issues and nothing been done.
