AIBU to tell me sister to take some responsibilty for her weight issues?

Both my sister & I have had weight issues, both reaching around 20 stone. Anyways, my sister went to the GP wanting a gastric band but wasn't eligible as was 1 bmi short so she decided to eat more to be eligible. Gastric band was funded on the NHS and she has lost weight very quickly and is now demanding that the NHS fund a tummy tuck, lipo & a breast lift. She didn't work due to her weight issues and still doesn't work stating that she cant whilst she has flappy skin. So is paying nothing into the system but wanting all this surgery. I have worked hard and it has taken me a year longer then my sister to lose the weight but I don't have as much flappy skin as I did it slowly & exercised.

AIBU to tell her to get a job & pay for her own surgery?!

I also wonder why people don't think about this beforehand. Judging on what I've seen in the media time and time again I think it's unlikely she'll get the skin removed on the NHS, so you might not need to do much as she might come to the conclusion on her own that it's down to her.

Sorry, accidentally swiped the post button. Whilst this sort of story is frustrating to read, if she's determined to go down the fast track route, I think you talking to her isn't going to make any difference, so I'd focus on your own weight loss goals and leave her to it.
