Just had the most horrendous service from them, they didn't turn up with my shopping, delivery driver didn't answer or respond to my calls, then finally when I got through to someone four hours later at the local store she was incredibly rude and passive aggressive and suggested I had been out or not heard our buzzer amongst other things.

To complain online there's just a form which isn't long enough for all I want to say! So if anyone knows of an email address I would be v grateful.

Take your complaint to the top!!! www.ceoemail.com/index.php

Although I can completely understand your frustration, the chances are that if your complaint won't fit into their form it's too long. I know it's easy to get on a roll and rant on these things, but if you can be concise and just state the facts, you are much more likely to get a better outcome. Your OP seems like a fairly good start, and you can always mention other issues when they get back to you. Good luck - sounds like you're due some kind of goodwill gesture for wasting your time.

Anyone else find the meat at Sainsburys a bit below par? Had some of their sausages for tea and they were rank. Had bad experience with Sainos meat in the past too.

I've always just used the contact form for online shopping. And I've always had a voucher provided within a few days.

Sainsburys sausages are the only ones I don't think are vile actually. Their customer service can be a bit cack though.

Stick to bullet points on the form. Lengthy descriptions aren't needed and are likely to be skimmed over.

gabby I usually find their meat OK. I tend to buy the higher welfare/TTD stuff and it's all pretty good as far as supermarket meat goes. Just had some really tasty free range chicken thighs for dinner and their Ultimate Pork Sausages are by far my favourite out of all supermarket sausages. I had some sirloin steak from them, the other week, which was disappointingly gristly, though.

I've always had excellent service from them. Dd's laptop (still under guarantee) blue screened last week and I was given a customer number to give to the store for an exchange or full refund - with no quibble at all.

I find the meat fine and the sausages are great.
