Bowl gets chucked on floor, but bib food clearly superior.

I sometimes use the tommee tippee bibs instead of plates for my DTs snacks.....

Just pop it on the floor for him, preferably sweeper into a nice dusty pile. Sure he'll love them like my ds

Sure, YANBU. I too use the pocket of DD's big as a plate for snacks/when out and about.

Do remember to empty the pocket before putting in the washing machine though. DH failed to learn that one on several occasions and we ended up with very clean peas and sweetcorn Hmm

Grin at laundered peas. Several fell out of his vest when I undressed him for bath. Naturally he ate them.

On this theme - why do baby clothes have pockets? It's not like they're going to keep spare change for an icrecream in there, so all they do is collect peas and the odd fragment of noodle.

My DS would do similar. I found him licking a half eaten olive that had made its way under the sofa earlier. That was lovely.

I don't know re the pockets. Maybe it's training for the teenage years of bus tickets, tissues and five pound notes that will accumulate in various pockets and clog up the washing machine ?
