AIBU to be miffed at people who I don't even know on mn criticising my choice of names for my kids!!! Everyone seems so bitchy and stuck up!

We told immediate family our chosen names for DS. I knew he was a boy so didn't have any girls names. So put off by everyone's reaction that my second pregnancy I referred to the baby as max all the way through. Maxwell for a boy and Maxie for a girl.

Dd ended up with a different name after her birth though.

If RL people offer judgement what do you think people on a faceless, nameless forum will do?
