Good on you! You do enough for them. Yes, and how about some chocolate with that after you've had a hot bath?

I'm the same just before I come on. Everything is that bit harder, and I'm more likely to see things negatively than optimistically. Earlier in the year when I was very down anyway, it made me almost suicidal, although it's usually not quite that bad, and if I remember the time of the month, that in itself helps, as I know it will get a lot easier a day or two after my period starts.

Yanbu, im the same. I just get a bit 'down' usually about 2days before i come on, then it continues for first 2dayd of my period. Like clockwork. Dp has learnt to be extra nice and supply chocolate buttons

I used to be a full on shouting screaming psycho for a week, then spoke to doctor and they switched my pill, im soooo much better now. I dont get angry, just a bit sad. I tend to cry at the most pointless things when im on, and i normally never cry! Damn hormones...
