I joined a gym, kind of pricey one but I needed that kick up the bum if I was ever going to change.

The one big bonus of joining was you get 4 free session with either - a personal trainer, nutritionist, physio and there was also one more. With these you can mix and match or have 4 of the same thing.

I jumped at the chance of talking with a nutritionist, because food really is my downfall. I rang up to book an appointment and was told that no I would have to book with this my mentor .... never said when I was joining.

I then had an appointment made with a mentor a week later. I mentioned I wanted to use one of my free sessions with the nutritionist, he said that no he would prefer it if we had a chat first about eating and then if that didn't help then he would book it for me.

He then couldn't see me for over a month. I then realised I couldn't make the appointment - my fault but in general I think a month is bloody ridiculous.

What's the point of paying this money and having the bonuses if they won't let me use them. I'm the customer surely I should decide when I want to use the service they are supposedly offering.

It doesn't sound unreasonable, and I would give them feedback about it being a rubbish service and you can't get what is offered.
