to expect my repaired pram to actually be repaired and not in a worse condition?!

I bought an uppababy vista in Oct 2012. It has been used for around 10 months. Several faults developed with the pram chassis. I took it back to the retailer in mid July 2013. It was sent away to uppababy for repair. I collected it two weeks ago and there is an initial fault remaining and there are two further faults which have developed. One of these is a safety issue as the brakes now sometimes fail and cannot be applied.

I have called the retailer again, informed them of the existing and new faults to be told they will need to inspect it. It has been uplifted today, which was nightmare in itself as the courier insisted the pram be boxed or he coudnt take it. I hadn been informed that this was necessary!

It's a disaster. I've already been without the pram for over a fortnight and now i am without it once again. I feel a replacement would be more suitable but they are going to assess it first!

AIBU expecting repairs to have actually been done correctly!! Im so annoyed!!

I thijnk at the very least they should offer you a loan pram.while the other is being repaired.

Absolutely disgusting that you're being messed around.

Have you looked on Google for other disgruntled customers?
