DH has got this new aerosol type squirty sun cream that apparently is the best thing since sliced bread. He squirted it in my eyes, and despite the fact they were shut, they are still stinging 12 hours later! He was very apologetic but apparently that's how he does it (and no doubt inflicts this on the children too)

no, it hurts like anything.

What do I know

I squirted Vick's nasal spray into my DS's eye.

But yes, I imagine YANBU Grin

I spent a day at Llandudno looking like a vivisection bunny thanks to a slip of my finger on the aerosol sun lotion. It was a 'What's up with this nozzle, I'll take a closer look...' schoolgirl error.

thank you, you have all made me laugh - the tears of mirth are helping wash out my eyes :o
He said he was worried about me as I looked like I'd caught the sun on previous days. So he deliberately and cruelly BLINDED me

I thought it was just me. My eyes stream and I look like a right weirdo. God bless sunglasses.

ShatnersBassoon · 16/08/2013 23:54

It was vindictive of him. Just because he didn't like looking at your sunburned face, doesn't mean you never wanted to see your face, or anything, ever again.

SPBisResisting · 16/08/2013 23:57

it's because I was teasing him about remembering to put cream on his bald spot I know it!

OP posts:
SPBisResisting · 16/08/2013 23:58

or rather, remembering NOT to put cream on his small hairy spot

They say on the Nivea aerosol ones not to use on your face, is that the type you mean?

He's clearly jealous of your sun kissed glow and set out to counteract it with streaming red eyes.

SPBisResisting · 17/08/2013 09:28

YES those ones. Right I will be having words!

Glad to be of help. I've found they're really good for baby hair but I'm not sure about how well they cover so I'm too scared to risk it on DS.
