OK so I have a fruit fly plague and have put up flypapers. This morning there was a FUCKING HUGE spider on one of the flypapers. It has been sat there most of the day, presumably because it decided that a flypaper was basically spider buffet and (I imagined)got itself stuck. This evening, I started to think that actually it might have moved. And moved some more. And now it's escaped.

It's going to wait and crawl up my nose when I go to sleep, and lay eggs in my brain, isn't it?

Nah you're OK, it's stuffed itself on fruit flies so no need to stalk your bogeys...it probably got so stuffed it gave in to gravity with all the extra weight.

COSY not cost! Ffs let the spider in my head, there seems to be little else in it Grin

Stick chestnuts up your nose.

Thank you all so much for your sympathy and good wishes. This morning it was sat on the bottom of the flypaper cardboard tube, so I caught it in a plastic tub and bunged it out into the garden.

It may be too late, solid, particularly if she goes on SpiderNet and tells all her pals about this fab buffet at your address :D
