To think this evil sack of shit should not be allowed to wear headphones in court.

Here

So glad this murderer has been found guilty but why was he allowed to give two fingers to the judge, the court, the poor family by wearing his headphones?

The only acceptable reason is if he is autistic and suffers from sensory overload but there is no mention of that.

It's unbelievable, surely that is contempt.

MintyChops · 13/08/2013 19:04

I've never heard of someone being allowed to do it. It certainly seems unbelievable.

Listening to music can help with voices, not that there's anything on that either.

Apparently there's nothing explicit in the rules and the judge didn't want to give Dundon any more opportunities or excuses to delay proceedings (he's been on hunger strike, injured himself in prison, turned up to court in his pants etc)

That story made me sick

I was in court giving evidence against a rogue nurse who I witnessed attack a bed-bound 89 year old woman.

She was allowed to wear sunglasses all through it.

Hmm

Was in December..!

Apparently he has been doing all sorts of weird attention seeking stunts all the way through the trial, he turned up just wearing boxer shorts one day.

There is a report on the journal.ie and it says that the judge just let him do it because he thought it was a way to stop him acting up and doing another attention grabbing stunt.

I think he may have missed the point that this was the attention grabbing stunt.
