DH had his text to say his bill was outstanding and if he didn't pay it he'd be cut off or whatever.
Just logged into the Orange site and got the message: "You have an overdue balance of £0.00. Until the outstanding balance has been paid online access to this account will be restricted to making a payment and viewing your bills."
We've had this before. Cue more and more angry texts to him, before we finally give up and try to get through to someone to explain.
I want to go back to a simpler world.

Orange are shit. Are you stuck with them? If not I'd change. I was with them a while ago and they marked my number as 'stolen' even though it was no such thing. And then refused to speak to me about it! Total crapola.

Orange are utter shit. They refused to change my name on my account without my marriage certificate, then lost it.

Leave at the first opportunity. I recommend Talkmobile (Carphone Warehouse).

Thanks for sharing my frustration. In fairness I have just remembered that DH streamed the rugby once when we were away on his phone and then whatever it was must have stayed on in the background - when he checked how much he owed it was £80, and then the next morning it was £300! One phone call and they sorted it out completely. So actually they do have their good point.
