Just been out with the dog on the local park. A car full of young men pulled up on the street next to the park, they all got out, walked to the far end of the park and stood in a tight little huddle under some trees. I was a fair distance away from them, throwing the ball in the middle of the field, so couldn't see what they were doing, but they were there for a good 20 minutes, cheering and laughing, then they walked back to the car and drove off at breakneck speed.
I'm guessing drug taking of some description? I live in a lovely little village, with very low crime rates but very high incidences of drug taking (usually just weed but know a couple of local lads who use coke - I work in the village shop so get all the gossip!). I wasn't sure whether I should've called the police and reported them?
