A snooze on the sofa?

YADNBU. I've just woken up from one.

I do have a migraine and hayfever though. Sad

Mitzyme · 01/08/2013 15:35

Ssshhh! Don't waken me up.

ProudNeathGirl · 01/08/2013 15:35

Well, I was brought up to think that sleeping during the day was bad - so I'd say yes YABU. I always feel really guilty if I do fall asleep between getting up and going to bed - and wake up feeling worse than I did before I dropped off anyway.
Easier to plough on and have an early night IMO.

Kids are happy, fed and watered....

No! I always go for a snooze (on the bed) if I'm feeling weary. Doesn't happen as much when I worked full time thankfully.

I grew up in a house where you were never allowed to rest. Don't actually agree with that myself.

Notafoodbabyanymore · 01/08/2013 15:39

No, YANBU. I love a cheeky nap in the daytime if I can get one.

NicholasTeakozy · 01/08/2013 15:42

A short sleep in the afternoon? There's a nap for that! :)

No yanbu, a snooze during the day is great I wish we could be like other European countries and have siestas.
