Aibu to wish the Frasier and Lileth would get back together

Just clearing up after breakfast watching old Frasier episode on C4. You know, the one when they meet up in lileth's hotel room and are both supposed to have been on a blind date with each other (unbeknown to them) set up by lileth's friend.

They obviously still have feelings for each other, are well matched and have a son together.
I feel a bit sad (yes I know, I know - get a grip / life etc) that they didn't reunite.

I think it has been explained tjat the wine drinking social climbing snob is Frazier's default character and his time in Boston made him more rounded. I think you still see some of his Cheers persona in his friendship with Roz.

Niles is basically what Frazier would have become if he'd never gone to Boston.

Op yabu Lileth was a total cow to Frasier and and and she took him for everything he owned she is not a nice person. He needed someone like me !

I have a sneaky crush on Niles - he'd drive me mad with his fussing, but he is so sweet and loveable (and David Hyde Pierce is such a wonderful actor) that I could cope; the fact that he's so rich would help too
