My friend is a clever, creative, hard-working communications/PR professional. She does website management and event organisation too.
But just before the magic 2-year point with her current firm, she's been made redundant.
I know, I know, this is happening to lots of people, including quite a few people I know. But life has thrown a LOT of crap at my friend lately through absolutely no fault of hers, and she's battled her way through all of it, and now that this has happened I really think she deserves a lucky break, hence this post. She's the most dynamic person I know, is politically active and organises cultural events in her spare time, is passionate about planning and the built environment as well as the countryside, but has also worked in the publishing industry and in Japan.
She's currently London-based, but I'm guessing there'd be some flexibility there.
She doesn't know I'm posting. I just want to do something, because her redundancy is a criminal waste of talent and energy and loyalty.
