To ask about the MN rules?

Genuinely confused. What's the difference between a thread about a thread and part 2 of an original thread? i had a taat deleted last night but I've seen lots of 'part 2's' that stay.

Can anyone enlighten me?

Like *Euphemia" said, a "part 2" is a continuation of the original, a TAAT is thread that's about the original thread.

You'd only get a "part 2" if it's a long rung thread for a specific purpose, generally support or a quichey chat type thing.

I don't really "get it" either OP. I had a taat deleted although I only started it because the original thread was closed due to too many posts.
