To ask what songs always make you get up and dance, no matter what?

I'm trying to make a playlist for an event, sort of a counterpart to other events going on that have very serious formal dances. Ours is going to be loud, raucous and full of guilty pleasure music.

I don't see any reason we can't have some fun with this. Pick one or more and dance around the house!

OK, I've got the song but CANNOT remember the title or the band.

Its from the early 90s, and it starts off Hey, Hey Hey, Hey, Wahahaha Hey Hey. Its a Hey, Hey Hey, Wahahaha Hey. A day, a day etc - and then erupts into a huge amount of really fast drum'n'bass. I think the band may have had 2 or Two in their name.
