I know I'm BU for posting this here, but I'm starting to feel shit again - really shit.

Please talk to me so it doesn't get as bad as last time. I'm sat here listening all sorts of songs and my mind is beginning to race.

Does anyone wanna tell me they love me?

BabyMakesMyEyesGoSleepy · 26/07/2013 13:03

HeySoulSister · 26/07/2013 13:03

SunshineBossaNova · 26/07/2013 13:09

I second the advice to turn the music off.

Meh84 · 26/07/2013 13:09

No, although she has just bought a new laptop so hopefully we'll be able to do it then.

Is it just your Mum Meh?

valiumredhead · 26/07/2013 13:11

Have you seen your gp?

LittleprincessinGOLDrocks · 26/07/2013 13:13

Can you not go out in the lovely sunshine with your mum? Make the most of her before she leaves?

Turn off the music that is making your mind race, and go out for some air. I have depression, and I find that a walk in the fresh air clears away some of the thoughts. It forces you to think about other things - like where to go, what to do etc. Those mundane thoughts though trivial can push the deeper thoughts to one side and slow the racing.

((((hugs))))

Cravey · 26/07/2013 13:13

That must be hard with your mum so far away. Is this a normal thing for you. To feel shitty and down. Now lets have a nice chat about anything you like.

LimitedEditionLady · 26/07/2013 16:23

Turn the music off,i second this. Can you do anything to keep you occupied or is it hard to motivate when you are having a bad time?if you can.yourself busy but stop for a cup of tea inbetween, might keep your mind elsewhere x

cushtie335 · 26/07/2013 16:25

I love you.

Turn the music off.

Borrow a dog if you can, make it roll over and act like your the most important person in the world (which you are) and then walk in the sunshine until you start to feel better.

This too will pass.
