I have just done this.

Got back from few days away yesterday lunch. Did 4 x wash loads. Bugger if I am doing that all again!

Sirzy · 25/07/2013 18:32

I wouldn't

RobotBananas · 25/07/2013 18:32

I thought the rain made it softer?

Yonididnaedaethat · 25/07/2013 18:33

It's fine, I do it all the time lazy get that I am Smile

Bumply · 25/07/2013 18:33

As long as it's dry now what's the issue?

UC · 25/07/2013 18:34

No, it's ok if it smells all right. I've done it too.

Whothefuckfarted · 25/07/2013 18:34

If it's dry and smells fine, don't see why not?

Piffpaffpoff · 25/07/2013 18:34

I would

Aspiemum2 · 25/07/2013 18:35

I do it all the time - if it rains I leave it out until it's dry!
Energy prices too high for the dryer and I'm not having it hung all around the house
I've not died from it yet Smile

ThingsThatGoHumpInTheNight · 25/07/2013 18:36

Thanks, done. Wine now rather than washing Grin

It's only water. Why wouldn't you?

LookMaw · 25/07/2013 18:46

If it isn't smelly or mouldy I really wouldn't understand why you would waste time, energy & money doing it again.

I've done it loads. Bit of a slatten I guess.

DizzyPurple · 25/07/2013 18:51

How come you got 2 lots of rain?? We've had one decent thunderstorm then nothing..
But yes, put the washing away! Or leave it lying around on the spare bed like I do... Wink

liquidstate · 25/07/2013 18:53

I have just folded mine away after leaving it out in the rain last night. Apart from a humungous spider in DH pants it was all clean smelling and dry.

ThingsThatGoHumpInTheNight · 25/07/2013 18:54

I agree with all of you asking why not, but just thought I'd check others points of view as have been known to receive a Hmm with regard to washing/food approach....if it doesn't smell then wear/eat it, as appropriate. Cheers Wine

Madratlady · 25/07/2013 19:04

It's just like an extra rinse with nice fresh water, I find mine always smells lovely after rain or just being dried outside.

Ulysses · 25/07/2013 19:05

I do this. Savings on the ironing too!

softlysoftly · 25/07/2013 19:07
