Only on reading the advice on money saving expert after I have paid I realise they are not enforcable and that I have should have binned it.

And..to make matters worse as I was ringing through my payment I noticed the fine was relating to one day last week (nothing was put on the car at the time - its all cctv pics - I didn't notice the maximum length of stay had changed from 90 to 50 mins, sneaky bastards) and I parked there one day this week for 90 mins again. Now worried I will receive another one.

I will bin if I get but am cross with myself for not checking legalities first. That's £40 down the drain. Angry

Check the Pepipoo website they might be able to help you. Private parking fines are normally of a dubious legal status. Fines from the council are enforceable by law. You have learnt your lesson. Move on and next time, don't pay it.

Why are they not enforceable? If they aren't, can you not get your money back?
