Just noticed my front window appears to be falling out. Chunk of plaster has fallen off the recess bit and the whole window wobbles.

All the new guttering round the back is coming away and leaks.

Big cracks in most the new plaster.

5 years? Is there anything I could do about it?

Yes. Contact the builder, I think there's a ten year warranty, but someone who knows properly will come along soon I imagine.
