I'm too flipping hot to do a great deal after work especially with 2 whingey dds who are also hot and grumpy.
We are going away Sunday morning really early and there is so much to do still.
It seems much cooler in the early morning and kids asleep.
Anyone joining me in spirit at least?

I often clean in my pants. It saves getting bleach on my clothes.

However I stained my decking, painted balustrades and gardened for 6 hrs in my bikini on Saturday and a pair of crocs for foot protection. I looked awful but didn't pass out with heat.
Neighbours may have passed out in disgust...

I did some naked housework today. And I always clean the showe while I am in it.

I'm up early tomorrow too. I get the pleasure of driving two hours to an all day workshop before driving two hours home again.

Go for it. Earlier, I was on the computer sitting in the nude when the doorbell rang. It was a mad rush to get clothes on to answer it to my sister and niece. I never moved so fast.

i have to have a clean tidy house but houseworks horrendous in this heat. but i MADE myself do it this morning, was not fun at all

I will definitely be up but not through choice. DS loves celebrating the dawn chorus with the birds any time around 5am. If it has a 4 in front of it, so much the better.

I vote do it in the evening when it's also cooler.

If I do it once DS is in bed I get a little thrill that it'll be tidy for at least 12 hours whilst he's asleep.

But pants are fine - I do that too :)

Wait there is a 5 in the morning now? YABU for getting up that early but YANBU for cleaning in your pants- waaay to hot for anything else. I went outside in pj shorts earlier because DH hasn't can't be arsed to get the suitcase out the loft

I can't be arsed in the evening though after a day at work then all the teatime and bedtime rush.
