He did the shopping today, and on the list for tonight's dinner was pizza - so I have just asked him what sort of pizza he bought for us, and apparently we have mozzarella and stuff and stuff pizza, and variable things pizza. He's losing his marbles isn't he?

Quite possibly. I think mine might be too...

Couple of days ago, deciding on dinner.
Me: What do you fancy?
DP: Chicken!
Me: Home-cooked or takeaway?
DP Chicken!
Me: I got that. Are you cooking then?
DP: Chicken!

He ended up making sausage, egg and chips. God only knows what goes on in his head.

It sounds like a strange, scary place in there, grumpy!

Doesn't it just? He's a dab hand at cooking though, so I let it slide it keeps things interesting, at least!

I'm intrigued as to what a variable things pizza would be.

Further investigation has revealed that the variable things are ham, garlic mushrooms and mascarpone.

So variables are yummy!!!

I could go for some variable things right now.

Variable is good. But what he is really saying is, your questions are more boring than usual, where is the interesting woman I married?

I think what he is actually saying is "I just picked up two pizza shaped things at the shop and didn't look at the ingredients until you asked"..

At least he remembered the pizza!!!!

These husbands sound delightful! (And I don't mean that in a sarcastic way either!)
