Handholding and advice needed please, sister been in am accident

She's come off while mountain biking and I got a call from her boyfriend to come asap. Apparently they have put her on a spinal board. she'd Been out with her bf, my dniece, a friend and step niece and nephew all aged 4-8. My and dh dropped everything and drove an hour down to meet them. Dh now driving kids home to feed and put to bed. Boyf taking bikes home then coming to meet me. I got given directions to the access point the ambulance is getting her from and am here. Ambulance is here, specialist response unit and four by four but no one to be seen. What the hell to do now? Sad

Saw her as she was loaded into ambulance, her face is very badly cut as is her neck. She has hit her head and on a board but is awake and talking. Followed them to hospital and now waiting to be allowed to see her. Thanks for support all
