Aim my hose pipe at my neighbours iPod speakers that have been blaring out in his garden all fucking day. Why does the nob-rot think I want to listen to his choice of music all day? It's likely to go on all evening too.

Couldn't you just talk to him....

I'd take up an interest in speed metal and blast it at them until they complain and just say "Oh sorry, it's just your music was so loud I couldn't hear anything".....
