to post this to make you laugh on a Friday evening...

Started training for my new job this week. Same (extremely male dominated) company, different role. Had to travel to another office to shadow to learn the process- full of people I barely know....anyway bought myself a nice new notepad to keep all my notes together...noticed this morning, having carried said notepad round with me all week including to meetings with directors that there was a tampon stuck in the spiral of the notepad must have picked it up from the debris at the bottom of my bad -god knows how long it has been there, hopefully not all week!

That is funny and totally something I would do. I don't even carry such useful items around with me now, as amongst the hug tote of shite I lug around constantly - it's always the purple packed sanitary towel that falls out first..

It's been a loooong week

That is so funny and makes me feel better about wiping my nose with a teabag on the bus this week.

I nearly spat my coffee out when I read this! Am intrigued by DeathByTray too - why did you have a loose teabag handy??

The teabag was in the pocket of my cardigan, left over from a tea-run at work. It was unused though

The bus was packed and I was squashed up against the window when my nose started streaming. I rummaged in my bag for a tissue but couldn't find any so started searching my pockets. I grabbed what I thought was a scrunched up tissue and just held it against my nose for a minute or two then give it a good wipe before I realised it was a teabag!

I was then worried that I had a tea stained nose

The woman sat next to me continued to stare straight ahead. She either didn't notice or was scared
